For us, yoga is more than just asana; it is a way of life. It is a simple, pure, conscious, healthy lifestyle that offers countless positive benefits and no ill effects. It is a way of life that encourages re-connection with our authentic selves. It encourages us to become present, to build awareness within the body and mind, to lose the ego, foster acceptance, and to detach from external stimuli. The yogic lifestyle teaches us to free ourselves from the mind noise that results in stress while developing a strong healthy body. Through regular practice of Patanjali’s 8 fold path, ashtanga yoga, practitioners will find themselves free from pain and suffering. This is the end result after one has become completely present, physically and mentally pure, strong, and focused. It is our wish to share our experiences, wisdom, and knowledge of this ancient science with everyone who has a desire to deepen their practice.
