This very popular retreat was designed for those who wish to improve their overall wellbeing, while strengthening and detoxifying the body. You will practice different asana’s that help stimulate all bodily systems thus guaranteeing improvement in the functioning of body, mind, and spirit. You will learn and practice pranayama and meditation which promote detoxification and stillness of the mind. The combination of all three classes will leave you feeling absolutely refreshed and rejuvenated.
The Himalayan Yoga retreat includes the following.
• 7 or 14 nights’ accommodation at SuddhaAnandYogshala
• Daily asana, meditation, and pranayama classes
• 1 Ayurvedic treatment per person, per day
• Daily Breakfast
* This is a very flexible package and you can choose to stay for as many days as you like and you can begin almost any time of the month.
This is a wonderful retreat for anyone who is new to yoga or for those who wish to deepen their practice by focusing on optimal alignment of fundamental asanas and classical vinyasa. The classes will flow at a slower pace introducing students to Classical Hatha Surya Namaskar, Chandra Namaskar, Ashtanga Vinyasa Surya Namaskar A&B, along with other fundamental hatha yoga postures. Students will also have the option to attend daily pranayama and meditation classes which will introduce them to the key pranayama practices and different meditation techniques. This is a much loved retreat and one that fosters a solid foundation from which your love of yoga will continue to grow.
The Beginner’s Yoga Retreat includes the following:
