Our newly designed and registered 300 hour yoga teacher training program is an advanced level course and requires all registrants have previously completed a yoga alliance recognized 200 hour YTTC. The program is wonderful for existing teachers who are working towards their 500 Hour certification and wish to polish their teaching skills but also ideal for those wishing to deepen their personal practices.
Our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program core focus is Yoga & Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda, majority of illness and unhappiness in life arises from energetic blockages or imbalances within our subtle body and this can lead to a reduction of vitality and impaired functioning of body, mind and spirit.
